Workspace settings

The Settings section of a workspace is where you configure the workspace itself and publish your apps. Open it from the gear icon in the workspace navigation.

What you can configure

  • General information — the workspace name and basic details.
  • Publishing — deploy your apps and manage their live status (see Publishing).
  • Connections — manage the SQL databases and APIs connected to the workspace.
  • People — invite and manage users and their roles.

Backups

SuperToolMake stores its data in the internal database. When self-hosting, make sure to back up the data volumes described in Installation before upgrading. The settings area surfaces backup status so you can spot problems.

Instance administration

Instance admins (the first admin user and anyone they promote) can manage settings that apply across the whole instance, in addition to workspace settings.
